RevUnit Named a “Best Place to Work in Arkansas” for Third Consecutive Year
RevUnit, a digital strategy and product studio with its headquarters in Bentonville, AR, has been named by Arkansas Business among the “Best Places to Work in Arkansas” for the third year in a row. The Best Places to Work in Arkansas Survey was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in the state, benefiting the local Arkansas economy, workforce, and business community. The list is made up of the top 40 companies.
“RevUnit’s mission is to help enterprises drive employee engagement, and that starts with our own people -- which is why we invest so heavily in programs to empower our talent,” said Tabitha McFadden, Vice President of People Operations at RevUnit. “We’re pleased to receive this honor again, which means so much to us because it’s based on a survey of our own employees.”
To be considered for the annual recognition, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
- Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business or government entity;
- Be a publicly or privately held business;
- Have a facility in Arkansas;
- Have at least 15 employees in Arkansas (RevUnit has 42)
- Be in business a minimum of one year.

Businesses from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine this year’s honorees. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25 percent of the total evaluation.
The second part of the survey process consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75 percent of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings. The independent Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analysed the data, and determined the final rankings.
